Refreshing Natural Foot Soak

This is a pleasant mix, great for soaking tired feet after a hike or at the end of a hot summer day.

• 4 cups water (spring, well or bottled)
• 1/2 cup dried peppermint leaves
• 1/2 cup Epsom salts

Bring the water to a boil, add the peppermint leaves, cover and let cool. Strain out the peppermint and discard. To the warm liquid, add the Epsom salts, stirring to dissolve. This can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.

To use: heat the liquid to pleasantly warm, pour into a pan and soak your feet, then pat dry.
