Massage this salve into your hands anytime the skin feels rough.

Anytime your hands get rough from work or gardening, massage some of this into your hands twice a day. It helps heal little scratches as well as softening and protecting the skin. This works well on feet as well as hands, for both men and women. Your skin will feel better in just a few days.

• 4 tablespoons coconut oil
• 4 tablespoons grated beeswax
• 8 tablespoons almond oil
• 5 capsules Vitamin E oil
• 10 drops lavender essential oil
• 8 drops thyme essential oil
• 6 drops spearmint essential oil

Combine the coconut oil, beeswax, almond oil and Vitamin E oil in the top of a double boiler. Heat the water in the double boiler until the beeswax begins to melt. Stir to dissolve the beeswax, and then add the essential oils.

While still warm, pour into a container with a lid and let it cool and harden. Apply as needed to rough, dry or itchy hands or skin.
