Ingredients:

  • 10 cherries
  • 10 sprigs of mint, plus extra for serving if desired
  • 5 cups of water
  • ice, optional

Method:

Slice the cherries in half, remove their stones, then pop them in a large jug. Lightly crush the sprigs of mint in your hands to release their fragrance, then add them to the cherries. Fill the jug with the cold water, then leave to infuse in the fridge for at least two hours. Serve with a sprig of mint in each glass, if you like.
