You can drink this memory- and concentration-boosting tea up to three times a day for the best results.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ginkgo leaves
- 1 tablespoon gotu kola leaves
- 1 tablespoon bacopa leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon bilberries
Directions
- Add the leaves and berries to a glass quart canning jar.
- Pour hot water over the dry ingredients, filling the jar to the shoulder.
- Cover with a lid and steep for at least 20 minutes. For a stronger brew, you can steep the tea overnight.
- Strain, sweeten to taste, and enjoy; the tea is good hot or cold. Drink up to three times a day for the best results.
- Store unused tea in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, then discard.
