Ginkgo Memory Tea Recipe

You can drink this memory- and concentration-boosting tea up to three times a day for the best results.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ginkgo leaves
  • 1 tablespoon gotu kola leaves
  • 1 tablespoon bacopa leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon bilberries

Directions

  • Add the leaves and berries to a glass quart canning jar.
  • Pour hot water over the dry ingredients, filling the jar to the shoulder.
  • Cover with a lid and steep for at least 20 minutes. For a stronger brew, you can steep the tea overnight.
  • Strain, sweeten to taste, and enjoy; the tea is good hot or cold. Drink up to three times a day for the best results.
  • Store unused tea in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, then discard.
