Creamy Goat Cheese Artichoke and Chive Dip
Ingredients
- 6 ounces goat cheese
- One 8-ounce can drained artichokes; or 6 fresh artichoke hearts, steamed
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayo
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and blend on high speed for one minute until mixed well.
