Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons ground coffee
- 2 tablespoons coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pink peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground spicebush berries
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and place in an airtight container.
- This mix is shelf-stable but should be used within 6 months.
