Ingredients
- 1 cup spring water
- 3 teaspoons goldenrod
- 1 tablespoon aronia berry concentrate
- Sweetener of choice, to taste
Directions
- Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Pour water over goldenrod in a heatproof container or teapot.
- Steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain into a cup, and add aronia berry concentrate. Sweeten to taste.
- Drink 1/4 cup every 30 minutes until symptoms subside. Drink 1 cup 3 times daily for the next week. Can be combined with a prescription if needed.
